APPELLATE RULE 3 RECORD ON APPEAL IN TRAFFIC CASES

Pursuant to California Rules of Court (CRC) 8.910(a)(1)(B) and 8.914(a), the Court elects to use the original trial court file as the record of the written documents from the trial court proceedings.
