Request for Proposals, Information or Quotations (RFP, RFI, RFQ)

The Court uses RFPs, RFIs and RFQs to procure services and information from outside agencies and private industry. Organizations should submit written proposals in the manner described in the document(s) listed below.
The following criteria are considered when evaluating which proposal is the most advantageous to the Court:

Cost to the Court

Quality of the proposed service

Capabilities and expertise of the vendor

Past service record

Proposal that best meets all the requirements of the Court

Minute Order Form Automation Project

RFI: The Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara is issuing a Request for Information to investigate potential solutions to help the Court automate its Minute Order forms.
For the project overview, requirements, key events and submission information, please read the attached RFI.
Note: There is a pre-submission vendor conference on November 9.

Bid Deadline: December 4, 2009 by 5:00 PM PST (Responses will not be accepted after this date and time. Postmarks are not acceptable - no exceptions.)
