and/or Ex-Parte request you dropped off at Family Court is ready for pick-up.
Check the reference number you were given to determine which list to check.

If your documents were dropped off early in the morning you may have
response on the same day. There should be a response within 24 hours
after the documents have been dropped off, not including weekends and
court holidays.
If you don't see your order listed:
- Please check back later today or tomorrow
- If two days have gone by and you have not seen your document on
the list, please contact please contact a
Family Court Specialist:
- For
the Park Center Plaza Family
Division number, go to the
Family Court phone listing. After listening to the recording, select
the option to speak with a Court Specialist to ask about the status of
your document.
- For
the Sunnyvale Family
Division go to the
Sunnyvale Court phone listing, and when you reach the
Sunnyvale Courthouse, ask for the Court Specialist.
