Local Civil Rules of Court
CIVIL RULE 13 JURY FEES
The amount of jury fees required to be posted
in advance of a jury trial is $150.00. If a case settles after jury fees
have been deposited, the jury fees will not be returned unless the Court is
notified of the settlement by 2:00 pm on the court day preceding the trial
date for which the deposit was made.
